Do I need to have an account to view the Directory?
No, simply click on "Search the database" to view sites with internships

How can I determine the quality of internship sites?
You can't just by viewing this database.  First you need to make sure that your supervisor is certified by NCTRC.  You may ask the supervisor for names of past students whom you can call.

Can I search with a narrow criteria?
YES, this is what makes this directory outstanding.  You can conduct searches based on multiple criteria's.  For example, if you are looking to work in Texas, in a psychiatric facility and for adolescents... you simply input those criteria and if there are such a listing, the database will find it for you.  Of course, while the database is small with few listings, you should use a broader search.

What should I do if I find an inappropriate listing?

How do I add my site to the database?
You 1st need to create an account.  Click on the "Create an Account" link and enter a unique user ID and a password that you can remember.  Once you have created an account, you then re-enter your user ID and password to enter the database.   Simply click on add once in the database.

Why do I need an account?
Having an account permit you to add your Internship Info to the Directory. You can also modify your record or delete it at another time.  Without an account, you cannot add info, modify nor delete it.

What kind of password should I use?
I suggest something simple that you can remember... the last 4 digits of your SS #. Passwords and user ID's are case sensitive. I suggest you use all lower case. Be sure to use your user ID and Password in the same case that you 1st created it. For example ccdixon is not the same as CCDixon. Passwords and user ID's are case sensitive. Please do not use a password that you might use for your bank account and other important accounts.

What if I forget my password?
Remember that passwords and USER ID's are case sensitive. ccdixon is not the same as CCDixon. To have your password emailed to you email . What if I forget my password?

I want to delete my internship site posting. How do I do this?
Simply enter the TR Internship Directory by clicking on "Modify or Delete Your Listing" with your user ID and password. 

I want to modify my internship site posting. How do I do this?
1) log into the Internship Directory using the Modify or Delete link
2) At the next screen, Click on MODIFY link at the bottom of the box.
