Elbow Magic

Size: 1 person at a time

Equipment: A wall, and your body

Objective: use of imagination, humor and amazment

Description: have a client place their arm out stretched infront of a wall. They should allow just the tips of their fingers to slighty graze the wall. They must remain still and have good posture. Once they have done this have them bend their arm and rub their elbow with the other hand. They will rub the elbow for 20 seconds. Once they lower their arm again their finger should not touch the wall.
